Kay Flock

Kay Flock, born Kevin Perez on April 20, 2003, is an American rapper from the Bronx, New York, who emerged as one of the leading voices of the New York City drill scene in the early 2020s. He first gained attention in late 2020 with tracks like «Opp Spotter» and «Shot Down», recorded alongside frequent collaborator B Lovee, helping establish the aggressive, high-energy style that came to define Bronx drill.

His breakout came with «Brotherly Love», a collaboration with B Lovee and Dougie B that became one of the defining anthems of the scene and helped push Bronx drill into wider recognition, including collaborations with artists outside the local scene. Tracks like «PSA», «Is Ya Ready», and «Being Honest» further built his catalog, characterized by rapid-fire delivery, dark, minimal drill production, and blunt street narratives.

Kay Flock's career has been shadowed by serious legal trouble: he was arrested in December 2021 in connection with a Manhattan murder, and in December 2025 he was sentenced to 30 years in prison on RICO conspiracy charges. Despite this, his early work remains foundational to the Bronx drill movement, and songs like «Whisper» and «WHAT YALL WANNA DO» continue to represent the raw, confrontational energy that defined his rise.
