Kap G, born George Ramirez, is a bilingual Mexican-American rapper from the College Park area of Atlanta, Georgia. His music blends Southern trap production with Spanish and English verses, reflecting his upbringing in Atlanta's Latino community and positioning him as one of the more prominent Latino voices to emerge from the city's hip-hop scene.

He first built momentum through mixtapes and street singles, gaining credibility via collaborations with established Atlanta figures like Jeezy and Chicago's Chief Keef.
