Kankan, born Keandrian Qynzel Jones, is an American rapper and producer from Dallas, Texas. He began his career primarily as a producer, crafting beats for a wave of SoundCloud-era artists before stepping into the spotlight as a rapper in his own right around 2018. His early production work included tracks for Duwap Kaine and Lil Boom, and he went on to build a name working with figures such as Smokepurpp, Xavier Wulf, Lil Pump, and Famous Dex, contributing to songs that helped define the aggressive, bass-heavy sound of that scene.
