Kalazh44

Kalazh44, born Christian Streitsov, is a German rapper from Berlin-Neukölln with Ukrainian roots. He was discovered by fellow rapper Mosh36 and initially signed to Mosh36's label OhOhMusik, later becoming associated with the Berlin-Neukölln label SLS Music, for which he has also produced tracks. His sound sits within German street rap and trap, marked by dark, minimalist beats and blunt, autobiographical lyrics about street life, struggle and hustle.

His music draws on the aesthetics of Balkan and Eastern European trap alongside German gangsta rap traditions, giving his tracks a distinctive, hard-edged atmosphere. Songs such as «Kokayn», «Kashira» and «Zimmer 31» reflect themes of crime, loyalty and survival, delivered in a gritty, unpolished vocal style typical of the Neukölln scene.

Tracks like «Royal Rumble», «Wir», «Bonbon» and «Zu viele Probleme» helped build his reputation within Germany's underground rap circuit, and his close ties to the SLS Music collective have positioned him as a recognizable name in Berlin's contemporary street rap movement, known for its raw production and unfiltered storytelling.
