Jubilee

Jubilee, born Nikita Konstantinovich Kondratenko on February 26, 1992, is a Russian hip-hop artist from Saint Petersburg who first made his name in the late 2000s within the country's battle-rap scene, posting tracks on the khip-hop.ru forums and recording early collaborations with Dima Gambit. He went on to found the collective Grekhi Ottsov (Sins of the Fathers), a group that became a notable name on the underground Russian rap circuit before its eventual breakup.

After the group disbanded, Jubilee moved into a solo career, though his momentum stalled after the release of the video for «Ya Predan / Karma» and a period of relative silence. He returned to prominence at the end of 2013 with a decisive win in a Versus battle against Khatt, followed quickly by the single and video «Dom, Milyy Dom», which reignited interest in his work.

Since then, Jubilee has built a body of introspective, emotionally dark solo material that draws on his battle-rap roots while pushing into more melodic and confessional territory, with tracks like «Cry Me a River» and «Polar Night» reflecting the moody, atmospheric sound he has become known for within the Russian rap underground.
