Hilltop Hoods are an Australian hip hop group from Adelaide, South Australia, formed by MCs Suffa and Pressure, who write dense, lyric-driven verses over beats that mix boom-bap foundations with orchestral samples, keyboard melodies and rock-tinged production. After the departure of an early DJ, the group continued as a trio with a turntablist handling scratches and live instrumentation, giving their records a raw, underground texture despite achieving mainstream chart success.
