Green Montana

Green Montana is a Belgian rapper from Verviers, born on June 15, 1993. He began releasing music in 2018, starting with two-track projects: Bleu Nuit in July and Orange métallique in October, the latter featuring the video for «Amsterdam». His melancholic, melodic style and distinctive voice quickly set him apart within the French-speaking rap scene, blending trap-influenced production with introspective, often nostalgic songwriting.

In June 2019 he signed to the influential label 92i, releasing his debut studio album Alaska in October 2020. He followed it with the EP MELANCHOLIA 999 in June 2021, which included a collaboration with SDM, and then his second full album, NOSTALGIA+, in April 2022, an 18-track project that cemented his growing popularity in France and Belgium.

In April 2023 he released a surprise two-track EP called ROUGE NÉON to mark his sold-out concert at the Paris Olympia. His third album, SAUDADE, arrived in April 2024, featuring guest appearances from Josman, Tiakola, ISHA, SDM and Théodore, further establishing him as one of the notable voices in contemporary Francophone rap.
