Govana, born Romeo Nelson and also known by the moniker Deablo, is a Jamaican dancehall artist recognized as a protégé of dancehall veteran and lyricist Aidonia, a leading figure of the J.O.P. (Juvenile Ordained Prodigyz) camp. Emerging under Aidonia's mentorship, Govana developed a reputation as a fast-rising DJ within the dancehall scene, combining sharp lyrical delivery with the genre's characteristic energy.
