Gigolo Y La Exce

Gigolo Y La Exce are a Puerto Rican urban music duo formed by Ronald Rafael Tejeda Santos, known as Gigolo, and Jean Carlos Ferreira Suero, known as La Exce. They emerged from the island's reggaeton and trap scene and became associated with Flow Factory, the label run by fellow Puerto Rican star Arcángel, which gave them access to a wider audience and connected them with established names in the genre.

The duo built their reputation on a sound that blends reggaeton rhythms with the darker, more aggressive textures of Latin trap, a hybrid that was gaining momentum across Puerto Rico and the wider Spanish-speaking market in the years around their breakout.
