Foyone

Foyone is a Spanish rapper from Málaga who built his reputation through relentless independent releases and a distinctive freestyle series shot straight to camera without edits. After circulating early mixtapes, he released his debut album El Mesías in 2014, followed by La Jaula de Oro in 2015 and Rico Sin Denuncia. His RapSinCorte project on YouTube, featuring raw verses recorded live off the camera microphone, became a calling card for his technical rapping and quick wit, drawing a large following among Spanish hip-hop fans.

Foyone became known throughout the 2010s as one of the most promising figures to emerge from Spain's underground rap scene, prized for his rapid-fire flow, wordplay and confrontational battle style. His slogan Pa'l año 2020, Foyone Presidente became a running joke and rallying cry among fans, culminating in a 2020 album where he framed himself as a presidential candidate offering social commentary on Spain.

Beyond RapSinCorte, Foyone has remained active with singles and collaborations within the Spanish rap circuit, contributing to freestyle battles and posicionándose as an influential voice among newer generations of MCs in the country's competitive scene.
