Foogiano, born Kwame Khalil Brown on July 4, 1993, is an American rapper from Atlanta, Georgia, known for his gritty street narratives and distinctive vocal delivery. He broke through in early 2020 with the dual debut singles «MOLLY (BABY MAMA)» and «Trapper», the latter later boosted by a high-profile remix featuring fellow Atlanta rapper Lil Baby.

His rise was closely tied to his signing with Gucci Mane's 1017 Eskimo label in June 2020, joining the roster known as «The New 1017». Foogiano became a prominent voice on Gucci Mane's compilation project Gucci Mane Presents: So Icy Summer, appearing on standout tracks and contributing heavily to the label's collective sound that year.
