Fler

Fler is a German rapper from Berlin, one of the pioneering figures of German gangsta and street rap in the 2000s. He rose to prominence as part of the Berlin rap scene associated with the Aggro Berlin label, becoming known for aggressive, confrontational lyrics and a hard-edged street persona that helped define an entire era of German hip-hop.

Over his career Fler has used the alter ego Frank White, referencing the character from the film «King of New York», as a recurring persona in his music and visual branding. His discography spans blunt, hard-hitting street rap as well as more radio-friendly, melodic tracks, reflecting shifts in German rap toward pop and trap influences over the years.
