FEDUK

FEDUK, born Fyodor Andreyevich Insarov on February 9, 1992, in Moscow, is a Russian hip-hop artist and musician known for blending rap with melodic, atmospheric pop and electronic textures. He first gained attention in 2013 contributing to the soundtrack of the film Okolofutbola, resulting in the breakout title track of the same name, and further raised his profile in 2014 through a battle appearance on Versus.

After a relatively quiet stretch, FEDUK's career surged in 2017 with «Розовое вино» (Rosé Wine), a collaboration with Элджей (Egor Kreed's peer, Aljey), whose massive popularity and the ensuing public conflict between the two artists only heightened FEDUK's street credibility and visibility. The song became one of the defining Russian hits of its era and helped push Russian-language hip-hop further into mainstream pop territory.

Subsequent tracks like «Моряк», «27», «Tour de France», and «По крышам» showcase FEDUK's melancholic, melodic delivery and penchant for cinematic, emotionally resonant production, distinguishing him from more aggressive strands of Russian rap.
