About the artist

Egor Kreed (born Egor Bulatkin, 25 June 1994, Penza, Russia) is one of the most prominent Russian pop and rap artists of the 2010s and 2020s. He began releasing music in 2011 under the name KReeD, and a cover of Timati's «Не сходи с ума» along with the video for «Любовь в сети» brought him early online popularity. In 2012 he signed to Timati's Black Star label, and two years later the single «Самая самая» made him a fixture at the top of Russian charts.

Throughout the mid-2010s Kreed built a catalog of radio-friendly pop hits, including «Будильник» and «Невеста», establishing himself as one of the country's leading mainstream pop performers. His style blended melodic pop hooks with light rap verses, aimed squarely at chart and club audiences.

After leaving Black Star in 2019 at the end of his contract, Kreed pursued an independent career and noticeably shifted his sound closer to hip-hop and pop-rock. He began collaborating with internet personalities and even competed in the 17th independent Hip-Hop.Ru battle, surprising many with his performance against seasoned battle rappers. Later singles such as «PUSSY BOY», «LAMBO URUS» and «Таро» reflect this rougher, more rap-oriented direction.
