Dope D.O.D.

Dope D.O.D. is a Dutch hip-hop crew known for pairing aggressive, heavy production with hardcore rap vocals. The group is centered on MCs Skits Vicious and Jay Reaper alongside DJ/producer Chubeats, and their sound blends classic hip-hop bravado with electronic elements drawn from dubstep, trap and drill.

The crew broke through internationally with the video for «What Happened?», which racked up tens of millions of views and helped launch a touring career across Europe, including festival slots alongside acts like Cypress Hill, Method Man, Limp Bizkit and Die Antwoord. Their aggressive, bass-heavy style found a natural home at the intersection of hip-hop and electronic/festival crowds.

Dope D.O.D. has released several albums, including Branded through Duck Down Records, and has collaborated with Italian artists such as Salmo and Gemitaiz as well as the Machete Empire crew. Their willingness to fuse hardcore rap with EDM-adjacent production has made them a distinctive presence in European hip-hop.
