Devito

Devito, born David Ljubenović on May 5, 1995, in Kragujevac, is a Serbian rapper, director and producer known for performing exclusively behind a mask, a signature that has become central to his public identity. Before focusing on music, he worked in photography and video production, running his own photo studio prior to relocating to Belgrade to pursue filmmaking and production more seriously.

In Belgrade, he founded the production company DaVideo, through which he directed music videos for a range of well-known Serbian artists, including Aca Lukas, Vuk Mob, Milica Pavlović, MC Stojan and Sandra Afrika. His decision to wear a mask in his own music videos and performances was deliberate: he wanted to keep his music career and physical appearance separate, so that the reception of his songs would not be influenced by his looks.

As Devito, he released music blending rap with pop and R&B textures, gaining attention with the duet «Alal vera» alongside Leona. His catalog includes tracks such as «Vudu», «Ego», «Svemir» and «Rolex», reflecting a style that pairs regional hip-hop sensibilities with striking, mysterious visual branding built around the mask persona.
