DEEP-EX-SENSE

DEEP-EX-SENSE is a Russian musician and battle MC who built his name in the competitive battle rap circuit before establishing himself as a recording artist. Known for his participation in the RBL (Russian battle) scene, he became an RBL All Stars champion and reached the RBL semifinal in its first season, the quarterfinal in its second season, and the quarterfinal of SLOVO: Krasnodar in its fourth season, marking him as one of the more consistent competitors in Russian battle rap.

Before adopting the DEEP-EX-SENSE name in 2013 during the Master Flow online battle, he experimented with music under various aliases starting in the early 2010s without major recognition, later also performing in comedic battles under the alter ego WahaBeat. Throughout this period music remained secondary to his battle career, with DEEP-EX-SENSE reserved mainly for solo tracks and collaborations with other MCs.

The turning point came in September 2018 with the release of his ambitious album «Шоггот» («Shoggoth»), which blended multiple musical genres while addressing pressing social themes, earning strong resonance with listeners and establishing him as a serious musician beyond battle rap. Tracks such as «Neurotoxin», «Хомо Саспенс», «Инквизитор всегда прав» and «Конан Дойл» reflect a dark, genre-blending style that draws on both rap and electronic influences, cementing his reputation as one of Russian battle rap's more musically ambitious figures.
