Crime Mob

Crime Mob is a hip-hop group from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in the early 2000s as part of the city's crunk scene. The lineup included Lil Jay, Diamond, Cyco Black, M.I.G., Princess, and Killa C, blending aggressive, bass-heavy production with call-and-response hooks typical of Southern crunk.

The group broke through with «Knuck If You Buck» and «Rock Yo Hips», both featuring Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy, which became crunk anthems played widely in clubs and on the radio. Their self-titled debut album Crime Mob (2004) established them alongside acts like Lil Jon and the Ying Yang Twins as key voices in the crunk movement.

Crime Mob released two further albums, Mob Shit (2006) and Hated on Mostly (2007), before member Diamond went on to a notable solo career. The group remains best remembered for its high-energy, party-driven sound and its role in bringing crunk to mainstream audiences in the mid-2000s.
