Bubba Sparxxx is an American rapper from Georgia who became one of the earliest and most successful pioneers of country rap, blending Southern hip-hop with rural, redneck imagery and instrumentation. He first broke through nationally with the Timbaland-produced single «Ugly», whose stomping, bass-heavy beat became a signature of the sound Timbaland was crafting for Southern rap at the time.

His biggest commercial hit, «Ms. New Booty», arrived in 2006 and became a crossover pop-radio success, cementing his mainstream visibility even as much of his catalog leaned into more rustic, backwoods themes rooted in his rural upbringing.
