Boro

Boro, formerly known as Boro Boro, is the stage name of Federico Orecchia, an Italian rapper and singer-songwriter born in 1996 in Turin. He is a member of the ISKIDO GANG collective alongside Oliver Green and JVLI. He began writing lyrics and freestyling with friends around age 15, an experience that gave rise to his stage name, and came up around the Turin studio and label RKH run by Drops To Zero, where artists like Shade and Blue Virus also recorded.

After parting ways with RKH, he gained wider attention in 2018 with an appearance on the Italian X-Factor auditions, performing the irreverent original track «Rapper Gamberetti» before being eliminated at Bootcamp. Between 2018 and 2019 he built momentum with a string of singles and collaborations, including «Money Rain» and «Lento», establishing himself within Italy's trap and rap scene.

In 2023 he shortened his stage name from Boro Boro to Boro. His music blends melodic trap hooks with playful, conversational rap verses, and his catalogue includes tracks such as «Cadillac», «A Casa», «Nena» and «Trapper».
