As founder of the underground collective TeamSESH, he helped shape a distinctly dark, horrorcore-adjacent strand of internet rap built on murky, sample-heavy beats and a deliberately unpolished, mumbled delivery.
He rose out of the SESHOLLOWATERBOYZ crew alongside Xavier Wulf, Chris Travis, and Eddy Baker before pursuing a fiercely independent solo path, releasing dozens of mixtapes and mostly free music rather than signing to a major label. Tracks like «Dirt» and «HDMI» exemplify his signature blend of trap-influenced production, gothic imagery, and stream-of-consciousness lyricism, cultivating a devoted cult fanbase drawn to his DIY ethos.
BONES also records under aliases including surrenderdorothy and OREGONTRAIL, the latter a collaboration with producer GREAF, further expanding his sprawling discography.
