Bladee

Bladee, born Benjamin Thage Dag Reichwald in Stockholm, Sweden, is a central figure of the Drain Gang collective alongside Ecco2k, Thaiboy Digital, and producer Whitearmor. He began making music as a child with childhood friend Ecco2k, and after a brief run under the name Ken Burnz, adopted the Bladee moniker around 2013. His early exposure came through collaborations with Yung Lean and the Sad Boys crew, which introduced his hazy, melancholic vocal style to an international underground audience.

Bladee's sound blends cloud rap, hyperpop, and ambient electronic textures, marked by heavily processed, Auto-Tuned vocals and dreamlike, often nihilistic lyricism. Rather than chasing conventional song structure, his work leans into atmosphere and repetition, creating a distinctive aesthetic that has influenced a generation of internet-native rap and pop artists. He is also known for his visual art and involvement in fashion, extending the Drain Gang aesthetic beyond music.
