BigXthaPlug, born Xavier Landum, is an American rapper from the Pleasant Grove neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. His music blends hard-hitting Southern trap with elements of country and Texas hip-hop tradition, giving him a distinctive regional identity within contemporary rap. His imposing physical presence and gritty, street-rooted storytelling have made him a standout figure in the current wave of Texas rappers gaining national attention.

Before breaking through, Landum was arrested for illegal possession of weapons and marijuana and spent time incarcerated, where he began writing songs while in solitary confinement — an experience that shaped the raw, reflective edge of his early material. After his release, he built momentum independently before releasing his debut album, «Amar», in February 2023. The project included «Texas», a single that was certified Gold by the RIAA and became his breakout hit, helping establish him as one of the most promising new voices in Southern rap.

In 2023, he launched his own label, 600 Entertainment, signing rappers Ro$ama and Yung Hood, extending his influence beyond his own catalog.
