About the artist
bedwetter is an alias of Travis Miller, the Virginia-based artist better known as Lil Ugly Mane. Where his other projects range across horrorcore, boom-bap and noise, bedwetter is his most confessional outlet, built around raw, lo-fi production and lyrics that dig directly into psychological distress and mental health struggles rather than filtering them through character or narrative.
The project surfaced properly in early 2017 with the release «volume 1: flick your tongue against your teeth and describe the present», an intensely intimate, unpolished body of work that stood apart even within Miller's famously prolific and genre-hopping catalogue. After that release, bedwetter went quiet for several years, with Miller focusing on other aliases, before resurfacing in late 2020 with «Cassingle Tape».
Songs collected on Lyricser such as «stoop lights», «man wearing a helmet», «haze of interference», «branch», «this in not my stomach», «fondly eulogizing sleep», «headboard» and «john» reflect this deliberately unfiltered, diaristic approach — closer to bedroom confessional recording than to conventional rap songwriting, and prized by listeners specifically for that rawness.
