BeatKing, born Justin Seth Riley in Houston, Texas, was a rapper, producer and songwriter who became one of the leading voices of the city's club and «sissy bounce» scene. Starting his career around 2010, he built a following through a prolific mixtape output and provocative, meme-friendly music videos that spread widely on social media, earning him the self-styled title «Club God». His sound drew on Houston's slowed-down, bass-heavy hip-hop tradition while pushing it into a raunchier, party-oriented, dance-driven direction.

His catalog blends explicit club anthems with hooky, radio-friendly crossovers; songs like «Then Leave», «Club Godzilla» and «Outside» showcase his knack for turning regional club energy into tracks with broader appeal, the latter becoming a notable pandemic-era hit that found new life through remixes and viral moments. He collaborated frequently with other Southern rap and R&B artists and remained closely tied to Houston's independent hip-hop ecosystem throughout his career.
