Bankroll Fresh, born under the name Yung Fresh, was an Atlanta rapper who became a fixture of the city's mixtape and street-rap scene in the 2010s. He first attracted wider notice with a tribute track to the Hot Boyz that earned a remix featuring Lil Wayne, an early sign of the respect he commanded from established artists. His sound was rooted in raw, high-energy Atlanta trap, delivered with a booming, commanding voice over hard-hitting production.

Over the course of his career he released three mixtapes, building a dedicated local and regional following while working toward a debut studio album that would never be completed.
