Badshah

Badshah, born Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, is an Indian rapper and music producer known for his work across Hindi, Punjabi, and Haryanvi songs. He began his career in the mid-2000s as part of the group Mafia Mundeer alongside Yo Yo Honey Singh, before departing to build a solo career in the early 2010s. His music blends hip-hop and rap with the sound of contemporary Bollywood and Punjabi pop, making him one of the most commercially successful voices in Indian mainstream rap.

Badshah rose to nationwide prominence through Bollywood soundtrack contributions, including songs for films like «Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania» and «Khoobsurat», and later through massive independent hits such as «Dj Waley Babu» and «Proper Patola». His singles «Kar Gayi Chull» and «Tareefan» became cultural phenomena, blending catchy hooks with dance-floor energy that dominated Indian charts and parties alike.
