AWGE

AWGE is a Harlem-based creative collective and record label founded by A$AP Rocky in 2017 as an evolution of the A$AP Mob's shared creative identity. Rather than a conventional label roster, AWGE functions as an umbrella for music, fashion, film and visual art produced by A$AP Mob affiliates and a rotating cast of collaborators, reflecting Rocky's interest in blending hip-hop with high fashion and experimental aesthetics.

The collective has counted A$AP Ferg, A$AP Nast, A$AP Twelvyy, Playboi Carti and slowthai among its talent at various points, and its logo has become a recognizable mark across mixtapes, music videos and streetwear drops. AWGE deliberately keeps its inner workings private, treating secrecy as part of its brand mystique rather than releasing detailed statements or bios.

Musically, output associated with AWGE leans into loose, freestyle-driven rap over hazy, atmospheric production, epitomized by loosies like «Rocky and Uzi Freestyle» and the «Vol.» freestyle series featuring Rocky alongside Ferg and Kanye West. The project underscores Rocky's broader role as a tastemaker connecting rap, streetwear and downtown art culture.
