Avatar: The Last Airbender

Avatar: The Last Airbender is an American animated television series created for Nickelodeon, which aired across three seasons («books») from 2005 to 2008. Set in an Asiatic-inspired fantasy world, it follows Aang, a twelve-year-old boy who is the Avatar, capable of manipulating all four classical elements through martial-arts-based «bending», as he and his friends work to end a devastating war waged by the Fire Nation.
