9lokkNine, born Jacquavius Smith on May 1, 2000, is an American rapper from Orlando, Florida. He signed to Birdman's Cash Money Records in 2018 and is the founder of AFNF (All Family No Friends), a moniker that also functions as his own collective and creative movement. Emerging within Florida's raw, aggressive street-rap tradition, he has often been noted for a striking vocal and stylistic resemblance to fellow Florida rapper Kodak Black.

9lokkNine has released a large volume of mixtapes and projects, with «Lil Glokk That Stole Khristmas» and «Mind of Destruction» standing out as some of his most recognized work. His song «223's», featuring YNW Melly, became one of his signature tracks and appeared on «Lil Glokk That Stole Khristmas», while «Crayola» was featured on the 2018 project «Bloodshells Revenge».
