The Favors

The Favors are an American pop supergroup formed by singer-songwriter Ashe and producer-songwriter FINNEAS, joined by musicians marinelli on drums and Ricky Gourmet on guitar. All four members come from California, though Ashe now lives in Nashville. Ashe and FINNEAS had a long creative history before forming the band, first collaborating in 2018 on Ashe's song «Wrong Side of Myself» and later working together across her Moral of the Story EPs and their 2021 duet «Till Forever Falls Apart».

The group grew naturally out of that partnership rather than being planned from the start. FINNEAS had already worked separately with marinelli and Ricky Gourmet on his own 2024 album, but The Favors marked the first time all four musicians combined their talents on one shared project. The band's sound leans into warm, melodic pop songwriting, built on close harmonies and the kind of intimate, hook-driven production FINNEAS is known for.

Songs like «The Little Mess You Made», «Home Sweet Home» and «Lake George» show a group comfortable blending personal storytelling with polished studio craft. As a new act formed by two already-accomplished songwriters, The Favors represent a fresh collaborative chapter for both Ashe and FINNEAS, built on years of mutual trust and shared musical instincts.
