Noizy

Noizy, born Rigels Rajku on 27 September 1986 in Sukth, Durrës, Albania, is one of the most prominent figures in Albanian-language rap. At age eleven he moved with his family to London, growing up in Woolwich, where his experiences shaped both his music and, for a time, a background in street fighting before he turned fully to a rap career.

He debuted publicly on 20 December 2004, performing «On Top of the Rest» live on the Top Channel competition Top Fest, a title that also gave its name to the group he later founded, O.T.R (On Top of the Rest). His first album, «Pak Më Ndryshe» (Little Different), was released in 2009 after roughly a year of recording and mixing with British engineer Tom «On the Mix» Gillieron, followed in 2010 by the mixtape «Most Wanted Mixtape».

Noizy's catalog spans Albanian-language rap alongside R&B and pop-leaning tracks, with songs such as «Toto», «Follow You», «Big Body Benzo» and «100 Kile» reflecting both hard-edged street narratives and more melodic, radio-friendly material. He is regarded as a leading voice of Albanian and Balkan rap, known for bringing UK diaspora experience into the regional hip-hop scene and for close ties within the Albanian rap community, including collaborators like Blerim Destani and MC Kresha.
