Blythe Baird is an American spoken word poet, writer, and performer known for tackling eating disorders, body image, feminism, and sexual trauma with unflinching honesty. She rose to prominence through the college slam poetry circuit and became closely associated with Button Poetry, the platform that has helped popularize spoken word online by filming and distributing performance poetry to a wide audience.

Her poem «Pocket-Sized Feminism» became one of the most-viewed pieces on Button Poetry's channel and was later adapted into a short film through Motion Poems. Other widely shared works, including «When the Fat Girl Gets Skinny» and «Girl Code 101», reflect her recurring focus on disordered eating, self-worth, and the contradictions of growing up as a young woman navigating cultural expectations.
